Hi,
At first, i would like to say that I have already seen all these topics about problems with ULINK
http://www.keil.com/support/docs/2937.htm http://www.keil.com/forum/docs/thread7986.asp http://www.keil.com/forum/docs/thread6302.asp
However, my problem is something other. At my company I have 3 ULINK's and i suspect that one of them is damaged.
The reason is, when I plug this one in the USB port it shows a "Detect New Hardware Window" but never find the driver, although the right driver is there. (KeilUL.INF and KeilUL.SYS)
Still with the "New Hardware Window" open, I disconnect the "possible damaged" ULINK and connect other one, and it finds and install it perfectlly.
My suspect is that the ULINK has changed its own USB ID, is it possible ? The USB ID remains always vid_c251&pid2710 on the windows registry.
Thanks in advance.
Maybe you should take this with Keil support. The official support route is using the 'Support' menu choice at the top of this page.
The ULINK has changed its own USB ID.
The good ulink's have a Usb ID = C251_2710 and the not good has thre ID = 0547_2131. Thus, the Ulink is not really damaged, it is a normal usb device, i just need a driver with recognize its ID.
