Anglia and STMicrolelectronics are holding a series of one-day MCU Technical Seminars in April 2012.

During these events, various speakers from ST, ARM and Hitex will demonstrate the capabilities of the STM32 and the benefits of using the ARM Cortex-M0, Cortex-M3 and Cortex-M4 processor-based devices and the rich peripheral set in embedded applications. The seminar will also cover practical use of the hardware and associated software tools.

Agenda:

  • An introduction to ARM and the Cortex-M series
  • An overview of the STM32 Cortex-M0
  • An overview of the STM32 Cortex-M4 product range
  • Various demonstrations of STM32 applications, LCD interfacing, access control / security and motor control
  • Advantages of Cortex-M4, including audio DSP
  • ST, ARM and Hitex development tools, including various demonstrations of the software and hardware environments
