STMicroelectronics MCU Technical Seminars
Oulton Hall, Leeds — Apr 26, 2012
Anglia and STMicrolelectronics are holding a series
of one-day MCU Technical Seminars in April 2012.
During these events, various speakers from ST, ARM and Hitex will
demonstrate the capabilities of the STM32 and the benefits of using
the ARM Cortex™-M0, Cortex-M3 and Cortex-M4
processor-based devices and the rich peripheral set in embedded
applications. The seminar will also cover practical use of the
hardware and associated software tools.
- An introduction to ARM and the Cortex-M series
- An overview of the STM32 Cortex-M0
- An overview of the STM32 Cortex-M4 product range
Various demonstrations of STM32 applications, LCD interfacing,
access control / security and motor control
- Advantages of Cortex-M4, including audio DSP
ST, ARM and Hitex development tools, including various
demonstrations of the software and hardware environments
Examples of ST 8-bit products along with MEMS, Near Field
Communications and capacitive touch.
Lunch and coffee will be provided throughout the day.
All attendees will receive a FREE STM32 evaluation board / starter
kit and discovery board.
