ARM Cortex Microcontroller Workshop

ARM is conducting full day workshop (8:00 to 5:00) on the Cortex Microcontroller at TechCon3 in Santa Clara on Wednesday October 21st. The workshop is being held in the Sunnyvale Room at the TechMart center next to the Santa Clara Convention Center. Attendees will learn about the features of the Cortex-M0 and Cortex-M3 microcontroller architecture, along with programming methods to best take advantage of them.

Full day Agenda:

8:00 – 11:00 ARM Cortex Microcontroller Core:
Learn the basics of the Cortex-M0/M3 cores and the Cortex Microcontroller Software Interface Standard (CMSIS). In addition you will learn about the basics of standard microcontroller devices from our semiconductor partners.

1:00-3:00 Hands-on-Training with Development Tools:
Work through practical exercises and learn about the functionality of modern software development tools and the extensive debugging features available for Cortex-M microcontrollers.

3:00-5:00 Middleware for ARM Microcontroller:
Discover how real-time communication systems are designed with an introduction to solutions for Ethernet, TCP/IP, CAN, and USB Device/Host/OTG communications, as well as Flash File System.
