Overview

Keil provides several emulators for in-circuit target debugging. Support for these is fully integrated into the µVision Debugger.

The ULINKpro Debug and Trace Adapter allows real-time data and instruction trace streaming via USB. ULINKpro works with a wide variety of ARM and Cortex-M devices.

The ULINK2 Debug Adapter connects your PC's USB port to your target hardware (via JTAG or OCDS) and allows you to debug embedded programs running on your target system. ULINK2 works with a wide variety of ARM, Cortex-M, XC166, C166, and 8051 devices.

The ULINK_ME Debug Adapter offers a subset of the ULINK2 features and is only delivered as part of Keil or OEM Starter Kits. ULINK-ME supports ARM7, ARM9, Cortex-M, and NXP LPC900 devices.
