In January 1997, Vault Information Services (VIS) entered the 8052 marketplace with the 8052 Simulator for Windows. This quickly became a very popular tool in the 8052 market, and has been an important product for VIS ever since.

VIS has been assisting important semiconductor companies by modifying the Simulator to meet the specs of new 8052-derivative chips that are being developed by these companies. This has allowed our customers to proceed with software development and provide sales demos before the actual hardware was completed.
