The Dallas Semiconductor DS87C550 is an 8051 based High-Speed Micro with 2 DPTRs, WDT, Two Serial Ports, RTC, Battery Backup, 55 I/O lines, 3 Timers/Counters, 14 Interrupts/3 Priority levels, 8K EPROM (OTP), 256 Bytes On-chip RAM, 1K Bytes Additional XRAM, 8 channel (10-bit) A/D, 4 channel (8-bit) PWM, 4 Capture + 3 Compare Registers.
