C166 Evaluation Boards C251/C51 Evaluation Boards | Phytec phyCORE-ARM7/AT91Based on the Atmel AT91M55800A ARM7TDMI controller, the phyCORE-ARM7/AT91M55800A offers processing power combined with extremely low power consumption in a minimum form factor (60x53 mm). The AT91M55800A has a 32-Bit RISC architecture with a 16-bit command structure. A large number of internal register banks enable very fast command execution, making the controller especially suited for real-time applications. Up to 16 MB Flash and 8 MB SRAM in µBGA-housing populate the module as external memory. The on-board 82C900 twin CAN controller and TLE6250 CAN transceiver provide two fully configured 2.0B CAN interfaces, while a CS8900A Ethernet controller supports data transferred of 10 Mbit/s. The module comes complete with a JTAG-interface for download of user code and debugging purposes.
