C166 Evaluation Boards C251/C51 Evaluation Boards | FS FORTH Systeme GmbHEvaluation Boards The EVA168 Evaluation Board comes with the STMicroelectronics ST10F168 microcontroller which provides a 256 KByte on-chip Flash memory, an 8 KByte on-chip RAM, a CAN controller and many additional peripherals. The board supports up to 1 MByte external Flash memory and 256 KByte Fast-SRAM which allows you to build sophisticated applications. The ST10F168 is a derivative component, based on a Infineon C167 architecture, however it provides many additional features. An intelligent battery management supports the assembly of an optional, low power 256 KByte SRAM working as a non-volatile memory. Furthermore a set of user selectable switches (DIP) offer a very flexible handling of the CPU specific start- up configuration. The EVA168 Evaluation Board promises a successful start-up development experience for beginners and experienced users. The EVA269 Evaluation Board is shipped with a ST10F269 controller which provides a 512 kByte on-chip Flash memory, a 10 kByte on-chip extension RAM (XRAM), an additional 2 kByte internal SRAM (IRAM), two CAN controllers which are working according to ISO11898 (profile 2.0B), and many additional I/O features. The board supports up to 4MByte external Flash memory and up to 1MByte Fast-SRAM which allows you to build a large number of sophisticated applications. The EVA269 Evaluation Board comes with a Flash programming tool and a well prepared demo software which helps you to become an experienced specialist for ST10 controllers. The EVA280 is shipped with a ST10F280 controller which provides a 512 kByte on-chip Flash memory, a 16 kByte on-chip extension RAM (XRAM) and additional 2 kByte internal SRAM (IRAM), two CAN controllers which are working according to ISO11898 (profile 2.0B) and with many additional I/O features.
